Mehdi Zamani was born in 1983. He received his PhD. degree in organic and computational chemistry in 2013 from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran. He is currently working as Associate Professor in organic chemistry at Damghan University, Iran (since 2014). He is author of more than 50 research papers and edited book (in Persian) entitled “Named Reactions and Mechanisms in Organic Chemistry”. Also, he was on the Editorial Board of Journal of Nanoanalysis (2014 to 2016) and Medbiotech Journal (2017 to 2023) as well as reviewer for international journals. His current research interests are experimental and computational studies on nanostructures, biomolecules, drugs, sensors, catalysts, energetic compounds, reactive intermediates and reaction mechanisms.
