Bio

Dr. Yasser Rajabi received his diploma in Mathematics and Physics from Sohravardi talented high school (Qaen) in 2001. He fell in love with physics and mathematics as a high school student while attending several national physics conferences. He received a B.Sc. in Physics with an emphasis in applied physics from Ferdowsi University in 2006.

He joined the Optics and laser group in IASBS for the graduate study and was ranked 60th among all incoming students. He finds his interest in remote sensing by optics and laser. Then his research focus and graduated under the supervision of Prof. S.Rasouli and H.R.Khalesifard “Talbot spectroscopy” in 2007. During that time he also worked on different methods of optical metrology optics. In 2009, he received an M.Sc. degree from the University of IASBS.  He received the best Ph.D. thesis for his thesis titled “Atmospheric turbulence optical detection by moire deflectometry“.

After his Ph.D., he’s been working as an assistant professor at Damghan University.
