Abstract

Although there is no discrimination between cluster and nanoparticle, the formation of cluster is usually investigated by the short-range exchange between the groups of magnetic ions that are closer to each other than the nearest neighbors. The phenomenon is considered by the decrease of symmetry that is related to the increase of conduction electron concentration (chemical pressure), where the compressibility is increased while the strength of exchange interaction is decreased. This reduction may be the main reason for the formation of intra-cluster interactions, which can be also the base of isolated nanosized formation. The decrease of symmetry is the result of the electrical field gradient calculated by WIEN2k package, which can be supposed to vary between 0 and 1. The formation of defined cluster may be geometrized by a dynamic equilibrium between two triangle antiferromagnetic islands’ nanopercolations in the correlation length ofR C, 3.16Å≤R C≤3.6Å,with eight nearest neighbors.
