Abstract

An interesting class of Banach function algebras of infinitely differentiable functions on compact plane sets, called Dales-Davie algebras, was introduced and studied by H.G. Dales and A.M. Davie in 1973. The maximal ideal space of these algebras some subalgebras have been obtained, under certain conditios, in the last three decades. However, in general, the maximal ideal space of this work we characterize, whith different approach, the maximal ideal space of these algebras under certain cinditions.
